for SP Atk - go to the route where you find a lot of spindas, I don't remember which route is it but it was great for training my Alakazam.

I think you can get every single pokemon except for mew and celebi by having FR/LG/R/S/Colosseum(and bonus Disk).

Have you noticed that when you mix records with other people in Ruby/Sapphire and go the their secret base they have different sprites??? The sprite assigned is related to the ID number of the trainer, and I think that FRLG uses the same system in order to assing different sprites to all the...
