The OP didn't respond to you, and I'm curious too. That Mega Typhlosion sprite comes from Pokemon insurgence, another notable fangame. I checked the OP's pastebin, trying to find any mention of Suzerain, the creator of said Pokemon Insurgence. No mention of the game, the sprite maker, nor the...
