Yes. You can open the save file location (there should be a shortcut to it in the same folder as the exe, at least on windows) and send it to that other device in some way.

I play violet as my main game and I have played scarlet, but none of my friends have switch online and I have no way of getting pokemon from my own scarlet to violet because I have both save files on the same switch. I'll give any violet paradox or other version exclusive other than Miraidon.
