    Is this card fake?

    Hi, So I've just been going through my old Pokemon card collection and I've come across this really weird card. Its supposed to be a Vaporeon card but it has a Jynx on it instead. The HP is 850 and the moves are 130+. Not entirely sure whether its real or not. Can anyone enlighten me at all...
