So, the reason that I and others cannot launch the game is because the graphics folder is missing much of its sub-folders I.e. characters, animations, tiles, sprites, etc. The only files it has is battlers. I've noticed that 2.0, 2.2, and 2.3 have this same problem and are unable to launch...
