The game mentions a guide that can be downloaded, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Am I just missing something really obvious?

I'm in the planning phase of a game I want to make, that uses Pokemon mechanics for a unique experience, however, I still want to include a relationship system, where your "relationship points" go up by talking to that specific NPC, and giving them gifts. I'm not sure how to go about scripting...
