You can make like two "Regions". One is original 151, the other is all the fusions. Then the player selects what region he wants to see when opening the dex, like normal.
I'm a bit lost searching where does the player and enemy Pokéball appear. (Not throwing a pokeball, but when a Pokemon goes out in battle)

Bro you need to learn RPG Maker before learning Essentials. It's on the events pages. Seriously go learn how RMXP works first or you'll come asking how to do a simple switch and everybody will hate you for it.
Sadly that didn't work ... But I noticed something! After the ME ends playing, it WILL go back to playing the BGM where it stopped. Could it be that, because the BGM is playing and looping in the background, it can't also loop the ME?

I can't use a BGM when the game forces it to be a ME file, such as in a Battle Victory. That's a ME. I'll have to rewrite code but, is there an easier way to do this? It would save a lot of time for me and many more to come.
Also your suggestion to use .oggs worked perfectly : - ), but still...
FL, your game is quite good, but I'd recommend you to make some documentations for things like NPC locations, some special item locations, shop listing and pricings, Pokémon locations, maps... Just so people like the user a few posts above doesnt waste time making a map, when you could just use...
