When there's rain or hail, I'll go for Thunder and Blizzard, respectively. But if there's no rain or hail, I almost always go for the 100% accuracy moves. Very rarely, when I need to do a lot of damage, I take the risk and use the 120 power moves.

It just wouldn't make sense at all. If it's a water-type, it is a water-type, you can't have 200% water. It would also ruin competitive battling, some types would have so many 4x weaknesses then.

I don't really like Dedenne, he looks too much like the Pikachu line imo.

I voted for the Snorunt line. Froslass is my favorite Ice-type, she's so mysterious. Snorunt is also pretty cute. Glalie is kinda meh though.
