I have Mean Look, but the Pokemon isnt fast enough. I have given it X-Speed to hold. How else can I increase my speed to get the first hit (Mean Look) in without leveling up or buying Carbos at 10K each? Im not sure speed is a prob.... I think mine is faster but it always flees. I cant even...
