How much different does a sound sound in MIDI ?

It must be in MIDI format?Hmm,is there any program or any way to change an mp3 file to MIDI?Cuz,the only word to describe this sound is "epic"

Im having some probs,is there a tut that i can read that can allow me to take the tiles from one game like FR and use them in another like emerald? I kno as far as clicking the puzzle piece on AM but choosing the pallets and everything there i get lost :S!
