We've had the following bugs reported:
- Echoed Voice's power doesn't increase as planned, it instead stays at its low point
- When the player's Pokémon is Paralysed or Frozen and can't attack that turn, the enemy Pokémon does not attack during that turn either
Sorry for the absence for a bit, I've just started at Oxford and needed to get into the swing of things!
To the above poster: are you really basing your opinions on five or six screenshots - which I haven't updated in months - not having looked at the development blog or anything else to do...
More compression problems! This is happening whenever anybody else picks a starter:
In addition, the names of each location are blank. Is this because I deleted the PBS directory or something else?
When compressing game data, it stops in the Animations folder and says something like "Compression was unsuccessful." It suddenly works again if I choose to Compress Data -> Compress to encrypted archive, but in this archive you can open the PBS files and theoretically edit the game.

As for the demo, we are very, very close to having one playable!
At present, each box in Someone's PC holds 30 Pokémon in a 6x5 grid - I've looked on the wiki but the method there is a little outdated as there is nothing to update on the lines it says to replace. I've changed maxpokemon from 30 to the number I want (20), but it still displays 30.
Any help...

Just an updated screenshot - currently working on customising the battle interface. Any suggestions for the bottom of the foe box? Any suggestions about the battle interface generally?
That is exactly what I did. I followed the instructions to the letter - PBS across, graphics etc across, map data across. I've not edited any scripts in either the old version of the game or the latest Essentials.
EDIT: Bizarrely, it appears to have fixed itself.
I've just updated my game file to the latest version of Essentials, and I've correctly copied over everything that I needed to. Only problem is that when I try to move now, it immediately springs up this error:
Any idea what's causing it?
