Before u get to Drakebreath City, u go to TEAM STREAM BASE, defeat evryone there and get a thing9 i dont remember its name) and bring it to Prof. Jasmine. then go to Drakebreath City and meet the Gym Leader in Mt. Draken, and come to GYm to get badge

I think u should use ur Pilot Lisence before u reaching to the edge...

if u wanna go to Orange Islands, u must have orange pass. U can get it from Lance in MT. Draken near Drakebreath City. I think u should try another emulator, i used to get ur problem with others hacks.!

Thank you, finally i got Lugia. there are 4 diving spots at Field Zone in Orange Island and three of them are through together, and Lugia was in the other. i think u should use ur Pilot License before reachin to the edge to fly...

Moltres is in the same place with Zapdos and Articuno. i dont see Lugia (i already have already had orange and rainbow passes). people say it is in Orange Island, but i went there( both Storm Zone and Field Zone) and didn't see. I have dived into the underwater. plz help me how to catch Lugia...
