    4th Gen Arceus found outside Halls of Origin?

    Yesterday is running around and leveling my pokémons south of Veilstone city when i stumbled across Arceus (!) at L23 and of course i tried to catch him tho i only had a ultra ball and one pokéball and I took him down to extremely low health and threw my ultra ball, he broke free immidieatly so...
