    [Other] Changing maps not having an effect ingame

    Hey, I need some help with rom hacking. I just started making my own game, so I'm still new to this. When I edit a map in my game, it doesn't change anything in the game. It still shows the old maps. I tried resetting the game twice, but nothing. Can anyone help me out here please?
