i have every single legendary (most hacked) and i dont mind what i get in return (but not things like bidoof and starly) i can train them to any level but not ev training, although i want better pokes (like garchomp and things like that for higher levels)

you can still get surfing pikachu on D/P but to get it u need to complete PBR and then use mystery gift and it does have surf. Flying pikachu is definitly a no on PBR and D/P
