The game has a great reputation. I get all my used games from them, they always test them as thoroughly as they can, and their return polocy is either 30 or 90 days. 3rd Gen Possible glitch or AR issue in Ruby.
I know there is a specific forum for GS/AR questions, but I believe this to be just plain Glitch related possibly. So far, PokemonElite2000 hasn't been 100% helpful, neither has Gamefaqs nor nintnendo, but that hasn't suprised me. I'd try Serebii, but their forums are down sadly. So, here...- magsynchro
