Try Pokemon Game Editor (PGE) for evolution methods, open the game's Pokemon up and you should be able to edit that. AdvanceMap should work fine for marts, you'll just have to go to each vendor in the mart and manually edit their scripts to edit what they sell.

It looks like there's issues taken with the "modify wild Pokemon levels based on slot1 ability (pressure/intimidate/etc)" script, and refuses to compile since "CheckAbility" is defined twice. Attempting to remove the second "CheckAbility" makes the game crash when attempting to generate a wild...

I feel like the solution to "adding more mons" would be "remove various evolved forms from the wild and have them be only accessible through evolution, then move new stuff (preferably Chibi forms) into those spots"... there'd be shuffling of wild spawn pools, but I feel like that's easy enough...
