o well i already got an impish blissey with heal bell. and all i had to do was breed it with a skitty, not that hard.

Blissey -Softboiled -Heal Bell -Thunderwave -some move other than seismic toss that is special and i can teach in a tm.

i am decided then. Blastoise -Haze -Rapid Spin -Surf -Ice Beam That should haze and spin and take out some ground and dragon types. Which nature though?
