The whole thing comes off bootleggy. Even if you are trying to do some hybrid between anime art and GBC art, those traits are not necessarily mixed, but actually mashed together.

I feel that a decompilation remake of this hack would be necessary. The actual ROM wi the official 15c patch actually has a lot of empty space, bu the resulting ROM ended up getting hit by the 32MB barrier, and my trick of trimming som empty space and moving some pointers broke Piku's cry and...
