I've been playing pokemon since I was 6.I rarely ever watched the anime though.Never really liked it.I Played The yrading card games with friends but we all got tired of me always winning.But I've always been A fan of the games.My first game was Pkmn Ruby.Then I started playing the older games like silver,Yellow,and the Tcg version as well.When I was about 7-8 my GBA Broke.So After waiting about 6 mo. to a year I got a nintendo DS.Around the time Pokemon D/P came out.I was a little disappointed since I never played my GB games ever again.So my active games were ruby and red rescue team.Then I got Pearl about 2 months after it came out.Once I beat it I finally got an AR for my ds.So I started messing around with my pearl.Then I got diamond about a month before Platinum was released.then I got platinum.Over the course Of then To Getting platinum 2 months later I already defeated D/P without action replay then used it to get every pokemon to fulfill my Pokedex.After I went on to get Platinum I promised my self not to cheat on that game.So about a 2 and a half weeks later I beat platinum.Got Giratina,Beat Team Galactic,Beat the Elite 4 numerous times.Then after months of destroying my friends in one-on-ones I suddenly started developing new strategies.since All this time I was just using STAB,OHKO, and moves that were super effective to my weakness.Once I got Soul Silver I devoted my time to think of new strategies.My uncle bought me the 2 soul silver guide books and thanks to that I learned there was a Pkmn VG tournament.After training my pokemon to their best I went to the Tournament held in Georgia.Being I was in Florida I was Fortunate to have a Great-Aunt living near the place where it was held.I went with my Uncle,His Girlfriend,and her son.I was teaching her son About Strategies and Ev's/Iv's.I still don't think he understands but it was well worth it since it was a refresher for me as well.a day pasted and we went to the tournament.Only 1 small problem.We were in different divisions.He was in Junior while me being 12 at the time was in the senior.So I had to wait for him to get in (about 2-3 hours) then we went to Ihop,came back and waited for ME to get in.During his tournament he was knocked out in the first round.I was a little irritated having I been just a few months younger I could've been in there and dominated.Once it was my tournament I was a little nervous.Most of the people were 20+ in age.I was lucky in the first when I went against the kid next to us in line.He was annoying so I was proud to beat him with out difficulty.But my next opponent was way out of my league.His level 1.I repeat 1! Smeargle Destroyed my team.I was in disbelief when it was down to my Gengar to try and out sleep it.Also trying to poison the opponents other pkmn at the same time.I lost in the second round.But I gained new knowledge.Don't underestimate a pkmn by it's level.If I were to have both my pkmn attack in the first round I could've won.but that's all behind me now.Because now I have perfected the perfect strategy.And once the next tournament comes I'll be ready.
