    get your gardevoir up to learn dream eater (60 or 61, can't remember) and teach something besides rest to rayquaza and that seems pretty good. Also, consider teaching ice beam to your wailord.

    Rate my Emerald Team Please (Be as Brutal as possible)

    Get rid of your pelliper. You have chinchou and swellow to cover it's types. And while they look cool, I have come to realize in using one myself that mightyena are not very good. Try a good fire pokemon instead.
