    Patch: EM and FR Reusable TMs Patches!

    Hey, I've been playing around with a hex editor and am getting into trying to work on my own ROM hack. If I somewhat understand how to use a hex editor, how would I make these changes myself in Pokemon Emerald? Thanks in advance!
