HMA doesn't support the first 2 gens only the 3rd and translating gen 1 and 2 hacks require their source project as of now nobody binary hacks them anymore

not many people hack ruby or sapphire anymore since many patches only work for fire red or emerald however there is a ruby modexe that acts like a patch implements new things into the game I believe it's on this site somewhere that might be able to help you

g3t doesn't recognize the updated move table i highly recommend HMA if you wish to edit the movesets of any pokemon as it's the most updated binary rom hacking tool

this base is no longer being updated by that user they moved over to decomp some months ago according to a another user in the hma discord so this base is officially abandoned from what I can tell

I would highly recommend HMA it's a great all in one modern gba tool pge g3t and advance trainer are not used by most hackers these days don't use them

glad that I was able to help and yeah the game does have fly i believe since version 2.28 and the way you get it normally is after koga going back to celadon bike path and go upstairs and talk a npc and you have fly mind you it doesn't work in alola or galar I believe

If you can find a low level pokemon in the pc and place all the high level ones in the pc and fish and lose the battle and be sent to the pokemon center if you have the tm for fly you can use that as well there really isn't a fix for this it happend to me but I had fly to help me out

are you on 3.6 part 1.2 i thought the misty glitch was fixed a year ago

then I'm not sure i haven't done anything with emerald in a few months the best I can think of is test on a non rom base emerald and see if it changes

I believe you can do it easily with the original creator modexe for emerald

yeah i noticed this new page yesterday while browsing here and I'm happy a new version past part is now confirmed so yeah it is something to look forward too

since the games creator officially handed of the keys to the game to the team who made 3.5 and 3.6 part 1 there is a slim chance of a new version coming out after 3.6 part 2 but no official confirmation was made about the future of the game in awhile
