I don't have a specific bed time --I usually sleep whenever I am sleepy or tired. However, when I have work or school the next morning, I tend to sleep early as in 10 PM.

A cheesy thread title is what actually attracts me to the thread --if the thread starter prevaricates - in a way - the members by choosing a cheesy title, then the members would click on the thread to see the topic, at least that's what I do.
