There is a way in-game to know your IVs. It's the grading system that you can see inside the 2nd PAGE of the Pok?mon's Summary. EVs, on the other hand, I know nothing about them "in-game"... but, you can always check them EV Calculators available online.

I don't know if it's only me having this bug but everytime I try to play the game, my character's name defaults to Crimson for Male and Scarlet for Female... Is that... supposed to be happening?
