Why has no one recommended Pokerus and the Power Items yet? It can really speed up EV training. First off, you only need 152 EVs due to vitamins, then you can get +4 EVs from a power item. If a pokemon gives one EV in the stat, that's a whopping 10 EV points per pokemon. Kill 15 of them, and...

But Flygon really isn't that great of a pokemon. >_>
