Kinglear you can use a Moon Stone to de-evolve(devolve?:P) anything. You can buy them at the Celadon Department Store. You can get the evolutionary stones for Jolteon/Vaporeon/Flareon there too. Or you can simply use one of the stones on your Eeveelution. Not sure about this one but check it out...
