    [Other] [Problem] How low the PS of the enemy Do before a battle?

    Hello everyone! I have understood that the engine of Jpan is possible to lower the PS of the pokemon in your team out of battle, but I wonder if it is possible to achieve lower PS enemy (at least half ) outside of battle . Would appreciate it a lot :) P.S .: Excuse my English :)

    2nd Gen Ho-Oh or Lugia

    Ho- oh is more powerful , has a more powerful special attack , but Lugia has more defense and special defense , so in a defensive team , Lugia is better ... but I much prefer Ho- oh hehe.
