Hi is there a fire red/leaf green rom that has rare candies available and a difficulty curve?? I have eclipse emulator and can’t get cheats and my pc is being repaired atm and I want to do a hardcore nuzlocke but grinding for the level caps is tedious in harder difficulty roms

I can only get eclipse.emu emulator on my iPhone to work and it doesn’t have a cheat menu, can’t get gb4ios or anything at all

Are there any Rom hacks you can buy rare candy in? I want to nuzlocke but I don’t have time keep grinding up pokemon so just want to use rare candies to the level cap and I can’t find any

Where can I find ho-oh? Ran around on grass at water labyrinth and it won’t appear for 2-3 days nw, there’s barely any encounters either I’ve literally only had 3 beedrills
