Wow, I haven't done this in a kind of long time. I played today and beat Team Rocket in Celadon.

I did some stuff. Got through rock tunnel, beat some trainers and now I'm in Celadon. Team Rocket soon. Joy. Team: Pidgeotto LVL 30 Raticate LVL 31 Jigglypuff LVL 28 Clefairy LVL 30

I think your team is pretty good as an ingame team and won't have that much of a hard time taking out the Elite 4. Obviously, you're going to want to train up weavile and luxray. You might want to get Flamethrower for your Rapidash; I always found the inaccuracy of fire blast to be annoying...
