    You don't find Deoxys in FR/LG, you get the Aurora ticket at a Nintendo Event, but that's over now, so, now the only way is an AR

    Old Sea Map Mew is obtainable in Emerald (and ONLY Emerald as far as I know) by getting the Old Sea Map, which takes you to Faraway Island where Mew will play a game of hide-and-seek with you, and if you find + corner him you can catch it. The old sea map is currently being given out in Japan...
