Hacks have been made such as Pokemon Deathly Diamond and Pokemon Platinum Plus. Encounter data has not been found in Pokemon HGSS, so you cannot edit locations of Pokemon. The only thing I have been able to find in HGSS is the script, and maybe some sprites, along with D-Trogh's findings...
