I'm in the process of starting a new rom hack of Pokemon FireRed, and I was wanting to know if it would be possible to take a pokemon (like the starter) and lock it into the players party. That way the player can't remove it and put it in the pc.

I seriously hope the creator comes back. Maybe not to continue this hack, but start another or something. This is arguably one of the best hacks out there to date, and tbh there hasn't really been any good releases recently. The world needs a really good new hack!
