Choice Scarf isn't avalible in 3rd Gen so that shouldn't be on Gengar. :p Also on Gengar you should replace Shadow Ball for something like Giga Drain/ or a status move of some sort. Shadow Ball may be a STAB, but remember in 3rd Gen it would run off it's Attack stat and not it's Special Attack...

Can't sign up via PSP. :/ If I use hacks, I make sure they are within legit standards, but I no longer own an Action Replay so I'll probably just use Pokecheck to breed legitly. Too bad there isn't a way to RNG using a PSP.

The thing with that is people are very lazy when it comes to breeding and EV training a team. Most everyone just get their Pokemon illegally for the sake of conveneince. Maybe make it to where people can't use hacks, that way the prizes of Pokemon seem worth it. Really looking forward to the...

Prizes don't seem all that worth it anymore with PokeSav/Pokecheck around as nobody except breeders care about the legitness of their Pokemon. I haven't a clue on what you could do otherwise though, maybe an Emblem or something, but that's really the only prize like options I can think of.

Count me in for Wifi, haven't had a good battle in forever and it gives me an excuse to build some teams and to actually be active again. The thing is how to get people interested in the Wifi portion over PO/Showdown.?

Because anything else you choose would be better than Vulpix, it can literally do nothing outside of reseting up sun. I use a Bronzong on my rain team to setup Rain Dance, to either shut down enemy weather changes or to reset my rain, I realize that rain's only option for setting up is Politoed...

Having something for backup that can setup weather via an attack rather than ability would be much better especially when the alternative is a Vulpix. Although I would elect a much bulkier Pokemon than Typhlosion as it's much too frail and will like be brought down on the turn it sets up the...

Ok I'm no expert on Triple battles by any means. But boosting attacks on any thing but singles is a bad idea, since battles are of a faster pace, that and the odds of being multi-targeted are increased. I'm not sure how the mechanics of triple vs double battling vary but most of your Pokemon...

The only thing a Shuckle should be doing on a doubles team is Power/ Guard spliting as it's too frail after a Power Trick to survive for more than a turn. Plus With the abundance of Thundurus, Taunt would be the thing I could think of to make sure that Shuckle will not be getting that extra boost.

Opponent uses Taunt and kills any chance you you using anything to setup, or a phazing move such as Roar/Whirlwind, which will erase any boosts that you worked hard to get. Baton passing is a tricky strategy to play with with the abundance of the moves I just mentioned in my previous sentence.

Even though it isn't official, fan translations are still something to check out. Langrisser V is one I want since the first 4 have been fan translated.

Final fantasy IX easily. Even though it was originally made for the Sega then remade to PSX, the Langrisser series, God those games are sooo good.
