    You need to insert it with a hex editor, @Jpan, Thanks for your response but your fix worked only half. The palettes after my 27t pal work but I still cant use other slot's than 0,1A,1B and now these slots only work after you refresh the screen (By opening the bag,Pokedex,Options....).
