    Help!! Everytime I apply some more complex patches the rom just shows a white screen with a screeching noise coming out of it! Any help is appreciated

    Patch: Pokemon Fire Red Patch 1020/1460 Rombases UPDATE 6/23/16 Beta 1.1 Released

    I have an issue regarding the patch. I did everything up to the hex editor part...but following me changing the hex code to 00 01 and patching the FireRed rom with NUPS...the rom opens on a whitescreen without anything happening. Does anyone else have this issue or is it just me?
