    Severe issue with Powering up :'(

    i powered up an Eevee with high Iv but It was only about 127 cp. I had 109,000+ dust so I powered it up to nearly complete the arc. I exited and was down to 59,000 dust. The Eevee reverted to 127cp!!! I powered once more in case server had disconnected or something . It went up to 141 and no...
