I got my hands on the rtm edition, and well i'm not really planning on upgrading. It has plenty of good features, but in the end its nothing more then eye candy. I think i'll stick to suse and xp for the time being.

That's what was said about various linux distros, windows vista, and mac and yet most of them end up being utter crap. Anyways i don't hate vista, it has a few features which are extremely useful. Haha i agree with you on this one.

UAC was designed as an elevated security measure, so its not really clumsy, its rather useful when you get a virus which tries to delete a file or tries to open a file. I do agree that it gets to be a pain in the arse once every blue moon, but it can be easily disabled.
