Can anyone confirm that the AI "cheats" on Insane Mode, specifically in the big battles like gym leaders, admins, rival, etc? By "cheats", I mean the AI knows your move selection prior to choosing its move. I'm almost positive it does, based on some simple testing.

Yea all his hacks are very good. If you want to try something a unique twist, look for his Blaze Black/Volt White hack. Most of the gym leaders and E4 were changed to be double or triple battles.

Honestly you should probably keep Hatterene and get rid of some other things. Hatterene has some good matchups against Bruno and Lance and has a pretty good niche as a Trick Room setter that's both very slow and powerful. It's really hard to beat the E4 in this game with a pure hyper offense...
