imo there's honestly nothing wrong with the sprite. In fact, I think it's better than R/S/E's male sprite and better than FR/LG's blocky thing. I, for one, chose the male character, and I'm proud of it. xP

You can find a Gible after you defeat the third gym and get the ability to use strength in the field. There's an entrance to a tunnel hidden under Cycling Road in the end closest to Eterna City. Go down the stairs, and search around for a Gible.

The team I'm using (at least Pre-E4), is Piplup, Starly, Shinx, Ponyta, Murkrow, and Gible. I'm using the same first three Pokemon as you, so maybe this helps?

I imagine it'd be pretty easy to own the gyms with any starter. I chose Piplup, owned the first gym with Bubble and the second with Peck. And gj @ 3 of the same boards.

I'm not so sure. The only reason I would hatch the egg is to get Lucario because I want one, and I have a wierd thing with only wanting to catch the first in an evolution line and then evolve it all the way through. Thank God we can find baby Pokes in the wild now.

I'm so excited I'm about to cry. In school I'll turn to one of my friends and happily whisper, "It's almost Sunday!" None of my friends play Pokemon unfortunately. Losers. :P

I'm choosing Piplup on Diamond and Chimchar on Pearl. Empoleon, Infernape, and Torterra have both awesome names and awesome designs, so I'm going to trade over Turtwig to both though because I like them just as much as the others. FINALLY a generation where I like all of the starters equally!

As for me, I train Pokemon as I go and when I want to train them. The Pokemon I know for a fact I'm going to be training in Diamond are: - Empoleon - Rampardos - Bronzong And in Pearl: - Infernape - Luxray - Gastrodon - Garchomp I'm also wanting to train Lucario, Drapion, Magnezone, and...
