Hm....I'll try that. That was from the original Prof. Oak script, specifically the part where's he give you the Pokedex. I believed a comment somewhat that mention taking that part out and compiling it into a new script (with adjustment, etc..).

After reading this comment I managed to make Prof. OAK give me the National Dex ASAP. Now I didn't understand why you needed to make a new script when you could just add the Special 0x16F flag in where the old one was. After [re]compiling the script everything worked fine except for one thing...

Someone told me that if I could locate the original "get parcel to gain the Pokedex" script, it could help me along my quest to finish my script. Now my question is what did that script looked like and/or where is it located within the Hex data?

A small question, do scripts that unlocks or activate the National Dex affect the Elite Four in anyway? I mean Gameshark codes mention something about if you use these codes before reaching Saffron city, you won't be able to fight the E4 in their first stages. I'm curious to see if they do or not.
