I started playing Pokemon in generation 1 with my old Blue version. Back then, I really didn't know what was going on with it, and despite the fact that that particular Blue version had a Mew and Red gyarados from its previous owner (My mom bought it for me used), I restarted it and picked my first starter: Squirtle.
After this, I really didnt play pokemon again until Pokemon Sapphire came out, when I got it as a present from my Aunt. I ended up clocking over 600 hours on that game, and by the end of that I had a level 100 Blaziken, level 100 Azumarill, and Level 100 Salamence.
Around fourth grade I stopped playing pokemon again, and it wasnt until Pearl was released that I played it again. I never got to the elite four.
Last summer, I picked up my old Pearl Version, and in a week completed the game. Since then, I bought HeartGold and another Sapphire, and am a rabid Pokefan.
Soccer, Bike Riding, TF2, Gmod, GSB, Halo, POKEMON. I'm a nerd through and through.
