Does anyone have a script or a link to a script for turning an RMXP game into a tactics engine?

Magicarp. I was amazed in pokemon emerald when a Magicarp did another attack than splash to me and did some damage! Come to think of it I can't remember what the attack was. But yea. Magicarp is totally useless untill it evolves.

I've been prowling around here as a guest for a while... So I thought I'd sign up. :D It looks like fun and I'll probably hang around the game development forum the most. Anyways, for now I'm off to work on my signature. :P
