Is there a way to edit the Hoenn Pokedex? For example, if you were to get a Bulbasaur before getting the national dex it would have no info. Is there a tool to make it so certain Pokemon are within the region's dex?

The offsets were the same for some reason... however I did fix it. I just made a copy and loaded new UNLZ data and 'TIME' was there. I just replace it and it worked. Thanks for all of you help!

Tools may be made, but gen III is just very simple and easy to hack.

When I play Pokemon I come up with responses in my head. If the responses are given, it's just no fun.

Ruby Destiny, Naranja, and Light Platinum are all great

I've already done that. The image in UNLZ is the right one even though the one in-game isn't. Even if I close UNLZ and re-open it, number 1638 (logo) is 'ERA', but again in-game is my old one.
