    It can be obtained through a quest. Started in the middle of the Autuburn Waterway which requires surf to get there.

    Does anyone know where Pinsir is? The pokedex indicates it's at Redwood Village and Redwood forest, but no matter how hard I tried to headbutt the trees and I could not find one. Also where can I find the Rock Incense? I need this one to breed a bonsly for the quest.

    Outside Mangolia Cafe there is a person who sells mystery eggs, which you can hatch and there's a chance to get gen 1 and gen 6 starters. This person does seem to appear randomly. Larvesta can be obtained the same way.
