You're supposed to head to Viridian Forest and save Yellow, iirc. Yeah, the winner of those two matches. Bill should be by the beach I think, with another judge, and you're supposed to fight him then.

Have you found the egg and then battled Blue and Brock? After that you should be able to fight Bill, and then Ash, to finish the chapter.

Have you completed the Secret Affair chapter? I wasn't able to move past Murcott Island until I completed that bonus chapter, maybe that'll fix it :)

In the original japanese manga, the boy is named Green and the girl is named Blue. However, in the official english translation, they changed the named (Blue's the boy and Green's the girl) to make it match the games (Pokémon Red & Blue). So, since every pokémon in this has the english name...
