You're doing it right as I can see, it's just purely random which IV's are selected. The Destiny knot gaurantees that 5 of the IV's are passed and not necessarily the maxed ones. I was breeding feebas a week or so ago. The feebas had max IV's in HP, Def, and SpAtt, the Ditto I was breeding it...

Since we have Mega Charizard X and Mega Charizard Y (same with Mega Mewtwo), does anyone think there would be a 'Z' version for both of these mons? Or would anyone like to see a 'Z' mega version I would prefer they add an entirely new set of megas to what ever the next sixth gen iteration brings.

Yep same here too, I got chikorita through a Wonder Trade, bred it 12 times and put each one into the GTS for the starters from gens 2-5. Took about 30 minutes, including breeding time.

With the Kanto starters and Blaziken having a Megas, I'd imagine that Swampert and Sceptile (at least) should get one aswell as the starters from all the gens. I disagree with Legendary Pokemon getting them, but then I never use Legendaries in my teams anyway. I rarely keep or use the starters...

If you breed the ones you already have, you will have no trouble getting the rest. I was lucky enough to get a chikorita through the wonder trade. I bred it multiple times and put them into the GTS and asked for each of the other starters that I needed. I now have all the starters from all 6...
