  • I thought it was hilarious to run across that. We were so awesome. Ha.
    Into the running or training? XD I hated the running portion, and like you, I'm not the greatest long distance runner ;-; I only used to do sprints for track in elementary/middle school. We were just all forced to run 20 laps for our badminton training OTL

    Oh~ Sounds like a different process than the co-op we have here. To be honest, I have no idea how it works at my college, but I used to attend a university where they're known for their co-op programs. They have job listings for students, and they're required to apply for at least 50 I believe? They'd go through the interview phase, and everything, but there was also a ranking system between students and the companies, which I heard was a pain DX Hopefully that's not how it's done at my college...I am studying systems analyst! :D And you?
    5 meters wouldn't count, now would it? XD I used to be able to run ~20 laps around a 400m track for badminton training, but now that's long gone ;-;

    Industrial year? o.o Seems like an odd term to call it, but to each their own country~ You guys get an entire year? O: I only get 4 months of co-op, and then I'll be back on to a study term, and the pattern continues for 3 years. Except this entire year I'll be in school, and starting co-op in January. I'm excited though :D
    What if those legs don't get you very far? D: The last time I tried to run was a few years ago with my sister. Got around the corner, and ran back home XD I wasn't very fit back then so I think I could potentially get somewhere this time around if I tried...

    I didn't think it was an American vs. Canadian thing...Thought it was a pretty obvious difference, but I guess not XP Ah, co-op. Hm, how would I explain this? Well, it's basically a term where I'm working instead of studying, but it's still part of my program. It gives us practical working experience while we're still in school (:
    Yeah, because you're playing against a wall and it never loses XD Oh, I'd love to get into running myself, but I've never made the commitment to actually start ;-;
    Oh, I always thinking working = working not working = studying :P But I will keep that in mind~ I know, having work experience is a plus once I get pushed out into the work force...My program has co-op so I'm not sure how well that will work out for me \:
    Haha :P Yeah, I really enjoy racquet sports, but the one I've never tried and want to is squash :c What sports did you use to play?
    So you're working and studying at the same time? D: Must be hard and stressful. I haven't worked a day in my life because my parents want me to expend all energy towards studying ;-;
    I can understand wanting a change. Sometimes you have to do what is best for yourself :)

    I am sure if you did change your name that everyone would eventually get used to your new name.
    S
    I know :( Dw I will make an effort to catch up with you soon! I will try my best to remember to get on skype tomorrow and try to catch you on :D
