Sorry, I don't know. I'm playing other's projects with Bottles, I develop on MacOS with PortingKit. I'd recommend trying it yourself, or maybe playing around with Proton versions, maybe Proton GE. [Other Question] Pokemon Essentials on linux
Well, how are you running RPG Maker XP on your machine in the first place? Iirc it's not compatible out of the box with Linux so you need to run it through Wine one way or another. I'm partial to Bottles because it's really easy to use and add/remove/change dependencies as needed.- Noahverse
