I fished up a Zebstrika on Wave Path with the Super Rod. I think this may be because you replaced Sharpedo with Zebstrika and the data for that area still has it there, so you can fish up Zebstrika instead. I thought it was pretty funny though. :P

I can't move inside the bike shop... was this done on purpose? I saw another user mention it earlier in this thread but I didn't see a solution posted.

I was just training up my Buizel and finally got to Lv. 26 so it evolved, and then right after when I checked my new Floatzel it says its somehow Lv. 29 and has some extra exp points on it. I suppose this could be considered a weird bug... although I'm not really complaining since it saves me...

How do I get my Pokegear to function as the Vs Seeker? It just says "Nothing happened!" everytime I use it, I assume I need a card from somewhere...

*sighs* I started Nuzlocking this game and so far I've found two shinies... a Beedrill and a Shuckle. Which is both fantastic, but torturous, without the capability to trade them to my physical games... I want a real shiny Beedrill & Shuckle. :<
